Broom Tree Provisions was established to professionally facilitate backpacking trips that offer students an opportunity to immerse themselves in God’s creation. Each trip is founded on a spirit of adventure and organized around cook groups, student leadership, faith formation, a Catholic leader team, and a beautiful wilderness route. The experience provides a unique and profound space for formation through prayer, community, leadership, physical exertion, silence, and self-awareness. Students are invited to enter the rhythm of the natural world, finding rest from the chaos, noise, and demands of modern life. Here they may begin to listen to the voice of God speaking in their hearts. A voice that reveals the connection between joy, beauty, sacrifice, prayer, and suffering well. The end goal is deeper faith and trust in God complemented by a maturation of individual character.
